  • What are the packaging options ?
    As standard, all our gifts are packaged in a Gift Fairy designed postal bag. However, you could choose to add a little extra by having the gift wrapped, packed in a gift bag or, in our black and gold gift box. This option is available at checkout. If you are looking to get alternative packaging, please get in touch with our gift consultant for something more bespoke.
  • How long do bespoke orders take?
    Bespoke orders take at least 8-10 working days depending on the nature of the order. Our gift consultants aim to please and will work closely with you to ensure we can deliver to your timelines. Nonetheless, please confirm the exact time frame with your gift consultant.
  • Are your designer brands authentic?
    100%. We pride ourselves on stocking only authentic items. If it is not original, we don’t stock it.
  • Do you have a physical walk in store?
    At this point in time, we do not have a physical store. However, you can find our carefully curated gifts on our online platform. We would love for you to come on this digital journey with us and look forward to delivering incredible gifts to your doorstep.
  • Do you make bespoke gifts that are not on the website?
    Yes, we would be delighted to curate something bespoke for you! To learn more about our bespoke gifting process, please speak to a gift consultant.
  • What is your return or exchange policy like?
    We only accept returns or exchanges on damaged goods so if your gift arrives in poor shape or is damaged in any way, please notify us immediately and we’ll get that sorted. Otherwise, all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Can I pay on delivery?
    As a small business, it helps if all payments are made during online purchase or within 24 hours to The Gift Fairy account. Once this is sorted, we are able to confirm your delivery date.
  • Can I mix and match gift items?
    Gifts can either be purchased individually or as a combination. Feel free to mix and match a variety of gifts to build your specially curated gift box.
  • What are your customer service opening times?
    Whilst our online platform is available 24/7, customer service is open within the hours below: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 Saturday 12:00 - 16:00
  • How long will it take to get my package?
    Following a successful order on our website or via one of our consultants, your package will be delivered to you within seven days. Please see below for specific times based on your delivery location. Within Lagos - 2 working days Outside Lagos - 7 days
  • Where are your packages shipped from?
    Our packages are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria. Although our HQ is Lagos, we’re happy to deliver within or outside Lagos State.
